Our 60 day guarantee applies to all permanent placements.
Should an employer be displeased with the employee, or if the employee leaves, we will provide one replacement free of charge or 50% of the placement fee will be credited to your account to be used to replace original position.
Please be advised that credit cannot be used towards new orders.
The guarantee does not cover sickness or accidents and is only available on accounts that have been paid within the guarantee timeframe.
One 4hr working interview per candidate is given free of charge.
(working interview consists of 4hrs of hands on or job shadowing and candidate is paid directly by the dental practice on the same day).
Anything above and beyond 4 hrs will be considered a temporary placement and a temp fee will apply, if the candidate is hired, the temp fee will be deducted from the final invoice.
Should an office select a candidate referred to you by Reliable Recruitment within a 12 month period after the initial referral, fees will be applicable.
If a practice requires a temporary employee who was initially referred by Reliable Recruitment & Consulting Services for any additional temporary or permanent work days, we must be informed, as fees will be applicable.
All Temporary candidates are paid directly by the dental practice at the end of the day or the assignment.
CANCELLATION AND SERVICE CHARGE
If a temporary placement needs to be cancelled for whatever reason, within 24 hours prior to the start of that placement, the full fee will be applicable for the first day of original assignment, each remaining day will be billed at 50% of the full fee.
(Eg; if a temporary dental staff member was scheduled to work 5 days and practice cancels 24hrs before assignment was to commence, practice owes Reliable Recruitment the full fee for the first day and then 50% for each addition day for the remaining 4 days.)
Also if an office cancels a temporary placement after it has been confirmed, a service charge of 100% of the total fee will be applicable.
